Project Coordinator Corporate Real Estate Management (f/m/d) Are you passionate about driving real estate projects from concept to completion? As a Project Coordinator in our Corporate Real Estate Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of construction, relocation, and modernization projects through effective planning, communication, and documentation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support project leads in planning, managing, and executing real estate projects (new builds, renovations, relocations, etc.) * Coordinate schedules, resources, and stakeholders (internal and external) * Monitor project progress, milestones, and budgets * Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation * Organize and follow up on meetings, workshops, and presentations YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: * Degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a comparable field * Initial experience in project coordination, ideally in real estate or construction * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt, agile methods) * Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools * Good command of English; additional languages are a plus WE OFFER: * Flexible working hours with no core time and the possibility to work from home * Further training and international career opportunities * Corporate health management "PALfit" * Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and a daily meal subsidy * Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER * Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment.
