The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of employment-based immigration experience and be comfortable handling high-volume, complex EB-1 cases from start to finish. Responsibilities: Prepare EB-1 petitions with supporting documentation, including reference letters and evidence exhibits Liaise with clients and attorneys to gather documents and strategize case approaches Draft responses to RFEs and other USCIS correspondence Maintain accurate case records using immigration case management software Stay current on immigration regulations and procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of business immigration experience Proven success handling EB-1A, EB-1B, and/or EB-1C filings Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in case management tools, document management systems, and MS Office Must be able to work on-site, 5 days/week Preferred: Experience with EB-2 NIW, PERM, H-1B, or O-1 cases Prior law firm experience Interested in hearing more?
