Pay Information $2,947 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Labor and Delivery. First-timers accepted. License: Valid state nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, FHM, NRP, C-EFM (will accept in lieu of Advanced AWHONN). Must-Have: - Precepting skills preferred. - Ability to float to Mother/Baby unit. Description: We are seeking a strong caregiver for the PM shift. Flexibility to work weekends is a must. Candidates will require a minimum of 3 years of experience. Weekend requirements depend on the length of the contract. No on-call duties are expected. Candidates should be willing to float to similar units. Ideal candidates will have precepting experience. Candidates should be able to circulate and scrub for cesarean sections. Experience with telemetry interpretation is preferred. Support for low and high-risk labor patients is essential. Obstetricians will be present at the facility. The typical patient ratio during active labor is 1:1 and no more than 2 for early labor. This role involves caring for a range of patient diagnoses including antepartum conditions. Obstetric preferences align with established professional standards. Travelers must adhere to floating requirements between facilities. References are required prior to start and should include supervisory experiences. All travelers must comply with established policies regarding patient care and service delivery.
