TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Newnan, Georgia, 30265! Pay Information $1,724 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Isolation Precautions, Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Telemetry, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams Description: Diagnoses include but are not limited to stroke, COPD, AKI, chest pain, diabetes, COVID, pneumonia, and general medical surgical. Weekend coverage required every other weekend. No call required. Floating may be required within facility and scope of practice as needed. Travelers are expected to work if one major holiday falls within the assignment period. If two major holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers are expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, travelers are expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance is required to start on time; delays due to compliance may result in a two-week pushback. Local candidates will be accepted at the same rate. Travelers must be available to submit core items and complete necessary labs within 48 hours of signing the contract. Candidates must have two supervisory references at the time of submission. References must be from a manager or above; charge nurses are not accepted.
