TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in West Hollywood, California, 90048! Pay Information $2,567 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years, with PA line experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; CCRN preferred Must-Have: EKG experience Description: Flu vaccine is required. This position is in a float pool, and will involve floating to various units as needed. Candidates may float to overflow PACU and other medical surgical, tele, stepdown units. Must be available to work 3 out of 4 holidays. Experience in a large hospital setting is preferred. First-time travelers are accepted with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Candidates should be proficient in ventilation, IV starts, ICP monitoring, telemetry, conscious sedation, and PA line management. Previous charge experience is preferred. Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics. Daily census requires managing a total of 24 beds. Interdisciplinary support is available from various teams including IV, physical therapy, respiratory, and rapid response teams. Candidates should have exposure to transplant patients and acute medical conditions. This position requires strong skills and experience in emergency medication administration, ventilator management, and multi-system organ dysfunction.
