Job Description Job Description Lazarus Site Works, a division of Lazarus Industries is an established site and utility contractor with a concrete division, looking to add quality team members and leaders. Working solely on commercial and government projects in Western New York, our company works on some of the areas most unique and difficult jobs all year round. Requirements: Foremen: Three (3) years of verifiable leadership experience managing and running crews of at least 3 tradesmen. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience using construction tools, skid steers, front-end loaders, dozers, graders, excavators, and other pieces of heavy equipment. Knowledge of site or civil or concrete construction Knowledge of signals used to signal operators of construction machinery Knowledge of equipment cleaning standards and procedures Working knowledge of site and or sewer/water and or concrete construction Ability to keep company proprietary information confidential Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Effective communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organization and public Ability to work various schedules including nights/weekends and travel locally Ability to use company provided IPADs to create daily reports, access blue prints and fill out other documentation on an IPAD.
