Construction Estimator

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented individual to join our team, serving in a critical dual role as both Construction Estimator and Project Manager . This position is responsible for accurate cost estimation and actively managing the subsequent project lifecycle, specializing in complex site work. Key Responsibilities (Dual Role) I. Estimating & Cost Analysis: Prepare comprehensive and competitive cost estimates, focusing specifically on dirt work, underground utilities, and demolition (DEMO) projects. Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to determine scope and required resources. Manage subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure bids are complete and cost-effective. II. Project Management (Oversight): Serve as the Project Manager, overseeing projects from estimation approval through completion. Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within the estimated cost. Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, and field crews. Required Experience & Qualifications Proven, direct experience in construction estimating, with a focus on civil site work. Significant estimating experience specific to dirt work/grading and underground utility installation . Demonstrated experience managing demolition (DEMO) projects. Experience in a Project Manager or Project Coordinator capacity, handling timelines and budgeting. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Company Description Hard work will pay off here.
