Operations and Logistics Manager

Job Description Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Logistics Manager to support our day-to-day business operations. This position plays a key role in order management, logistics coordination, and client/vendor communication. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient and thrives in a fast paced environment where accuracy and follow-through are essential. Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics Manage supply chain operations, including imports from Switzerland, inventory control, warehousing and distribution. Negotiate cost effective contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers and vendors to optimize logistics and sourcing. Ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining customs documentation and updating compliance portals in accordance with trade laws. Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Identify and resolve logistical and operational issues to maximize efficiency, revenue and customer satisfaction. Client & Vendor Relations Serve as a main contact for clients, vendors and trucking partners via phone and email. Interface with vendors and truckers with problems for deliveries. Address any issues with late, missing or expected deliveries. Ensure compliance with vendor portals.
