We are looking for people who want to create more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine. We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with experience in B2B sales. If you have experience managing clients from the first contact to contract signing, are fluent in French, and results-oriented, we would be delighted to have you join our team. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales French language, english and ukrainian at B2 level or higher Experience in logistics, transportation, or forwarding services is a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills Independence, proactivity, and strong results orientation Main Responsibilities: Full sales process management: from lead acquisition to contract signing Present products and services during meetings or online Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close deals Prepare tailored commercial proposals Collaborate with account management team and hand over clients after deal closure Work with CRM systems and prepare reports Monitor the market and competitors, providing feedback to the team We Offer: Employment contract with Nova Post France Fixed monthly salary performance-based bonuses of 1.5–3% of revenue for the first 6 months of cooperation with each client. All necessary equipment for comfortable and effective work
