The position is part of the AAA brokerage within the Santander Group, delivering personalized investment advisory based on client profiles, goals, and life stage. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Investment Advisors, guiding commercial strategy and approach to grow business and ensure suitability compliance. Provide productivity reports to senior leadership. Advise clients in your portfolio on investment matters using advisory recommendations, investor profile analysis, and lifecycle objectives. Work on portfolio diversification and new resource capture. Act as a hunter to acquire new investor clients, directing them to open accounts via agencies or digital channels. Conduct on‑site visits with portfolio clients at Santander branches or alternative venues, with a minimum of 3–4 visits per week, and attend events (travel may be required).
