Financial Manager

Lead day-to-day financial operations including accounting, treasury, cash flow, and banking. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reporting, and variance analyses. Drive the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and provide strategic financial insights to guide decision-making. Ensure full compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards. Act as a trusted business partner, offering guidance to the leadership team to improve profitability, efficiency, and risk management. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. What were looking for: BCom Honours degree with completed Articles. Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) designation advantageous. Strong financial management and reporting experience. Excellent strategic thinking, business partnering, and leadership skills.
