Process Engineer

We are looking for a Process Engineer, preferably with a background in Industrial Management Engineering, to join our technical production team. The role will play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing process performance, and conducting in-depth analyses of production inefficiencies, while collaborating cross-functionally with all major business units. Main Responsibilities Monitoring and evaluating process performance through established KPIs. Collecting, managing, and analyzing data related to production processes Using advanced Microsoft Excel functionalities for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Analyzing production issues in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager and operational departments. Proposing and implementing corrective actions as well as improvement plans. Optimizing processes and contributing to continuous improvement activities Mapping processes and developing flowcharts Requirements Master’s degree (preferred) in Industrial Management Engineering or related fields.
