Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. Your Role We are looking for a Global Logistics Engineering Project Manager to join our international logistics team. In this role, you will support and lead engineering projects that span across global warehouses, with a focus on technology, automation, packaging, and process optimization. You will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence and in fostering the integration of logistics models in all EssilorLuxottica World. Main Responsibilities Support the management and execution of international logistics engineering projects (technologies – ex. RFID, automation, packaging optimizations). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data management, reporting, and analysis activities. Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency in existing logistics operations. Contribute to the design and implementation of new activities and projects aimed at increasing efficiency across global logistics warehouses and transportation. Support and promote the integration of logistics models, tools, and processes in EL world. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and operational teams to drive project success. Stay up to date on emerging technologies (e.g., automation, RFID, robotics) to contribute to innovation in logistics processes. Main Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience or familiarity with SAP and logistics‑related data systems. Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus. Strong curiosity, positive mindset, and a passion for innovation. High affinity with data analysis and performance metrics. Interest and knowledge in logistics, automation, and new technologies. Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced and evolving environment. High level of commitment, problem‑solving skills, and analytical thinking.
