The role Do you want to work at an innovative organization where data makes the difference? As a Master Data Specialist, you and your team manage, optimise and future‑prove our master data. You collaborate with business, IT and data teams. What will you do? Manage and improve master data in SAP and other systems by analysing existing data and working on cleansing and optimisation. Identify missing master data, its purpose, and how data flows through the organization. Ensure master data is easily accessible, compliant and meets organisational needs. Drive process optimisation, automate data entry and improve data quality. Participate in or lead projects focused on data, process improvement and digitalisation. Maintain the data governance model and knowledge management. Act as the point of contact for data‑related questions from multiple departments. Support operational colleagues and take part in operational processes. What do you bring? Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent. IT‑savvy with an affinity for software; willing to develop skills in Power Automate, Power BI, Precisely (Winshuttle). Experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is mandatory. Interest in AI and its application to MDM. Knowledge of project and process management and SAP is a plus. Analytical mindset, accuracy, continuous improvement focus.
