Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned area. Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics. Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure optimal performance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Area Manager should have: A degree in business, life sciences, or a related field. Proven expertise in sales and account management within the life science industry (B2B - Licensing Out - Distributors Management) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders. Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a sales team effectively.
