Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant Woodinville Hybrid Salary $62,000-$72,800 DOE Our client is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant with expertise in managing the close process, preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and facilitating monthly closings. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Sage Intacct along with a strong background in accounting principles and practices. Overview of Staff Accountant role : Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger, ensuring all entries are well-documented. Perform regular account reconciliations to maintain accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Support the month-end close process, including account analysis and adjustments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Assist with AR processes, including invoicing, payment application, and follow-up on outstanding balances. Preferred qualifications of the Staff Accountant : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in senior accounting roles, with a focus on close processes. Expertise in Sage Intacct software a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
