Job Description Job Description Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Status : Full-Time Location: Waco, TX 76710 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE) Job Summary: Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to work for a Waco manufacturer. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment to ensure optimal operation. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge, with a commitment to safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, conveyors, motors, and industrial systems. Diagnose mechanical and minor electrical issues and execute corrective actions. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components. Conduct equipment inspections and document findings to prevent downtime. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with the maintenance team to support production efficiency. Requirements: 1 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field. Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment. Willingness to learn and grow in the maintenance field. Preferred Qualifications: Technical certification or trade school training in industrial maintenance.
