Job Summary: Sundream is seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Citrus County. We are looking for a technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to high-quality service. While service technicians are our primary need, we welcome applications from both service and installation technicians. Responsibilities : Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment and components Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service Install HVAC equipment as needed (for installation technicians) Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC performing troubleshooting, service and repair, and installation EPA Certification Valid drivers license with clean driving record Strong technical skills Ability to work independently Strong customer service and communication skills What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay ($23-$32/hr) based on experience PTO and Paid Holidays Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) Matching Come join our hard working team!
