Travel Nurse RN - Med/Surg / Telemetry - $2,843 per week in Euclid, OH

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 16 - 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand. Certifications: BLS & ACLS required. Must-Have: Recent Epic charting experience (within the last 6 months). One recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation. Description: All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. No exceptions will be made. Minimum of 18 months permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience is required before travel assignments. Candidates will receive two attempts to pass the ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments. Failure to achieve acceptable scores may lead to cancellation of the contract. Candidates with any background check hits will be reviewed but will not be accepted with any open cases. Only candidates with a clean license history will be considered. Nurses are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements temporarily. All other travelers must be nicotine-free, with a negative drug screen required within the last 12 months. Candidates must complete fingerprinting onsite prior to their start date. Pre-start modules are billable, but any additional time required beyond four hours will not be paid. Candidates must adhere to strict policies regarding communication and facility protocols. All references must be supervisory to qualify for submission.
