Maintenance Technician - Night shift - $38/HR

Job Description Job Description Job Title : Maintenance Technician Location: Woburn MA 01801 Pay Rate :- $38/hour Type : Contract till April 2026 (Possible extension) Shift: Thurs-Sat & every other Wed 6:00 PM -6:00 AM Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: yes Must Have Skills: Perform basic carpentry skills such as patching, painting and finishing of walls, ceilings and floors with consistent high quality Basic knowledge of skilled trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC & carpentry Basic knowledge of energy management systems (climate control) Ability to safely interface with building fire protection systems Manage and maintain inventories of critical consumable items Maintains a safe, clean and organized environment Nice to have skills: Comfortable working around hazardous materials HAZWOPER 10/30/40 hour training certifications. OSHA 10/30-hour training MA Wastewater license Comfortability with wearing respirator (SCBA) & working around hazardous chemicals – gallium, arsenic, chlorine, ammonia, xylene etc. Education: High School diploma Software skills: Use of MS Word, Excel and view PowerPoint for documentation upkeep, training, etc. Interview Process: 1 in-person interview with a site tour.
