Vision AI Data Analyst

Position: Vision AI Data Analyst Location: Canada – Remote The Vision AI Data Analyst will support a manufacturing environment by ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insights from Vision AI monitoring systems. This role helps drive multimillion-dollar savings through improved sterility assurance, reduced downtime, and batch release optimization. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and process manufacturing and environmental data. Develop dashboards and KPI reports related to downtime reduction and sterility performance. Perform root cause analysis on anomalies identified by Vision AI systems. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Support predictive models for maintenance and glove replacement. Provide performance monitoring and executive-ready reporting. Experience Required 4 years of hands-on data analysis experience (pharma/life sciences preferred). 3 years working in regulated environments (GxP exposure). Technical Skills 3 years of manufacturing compliance & data integrity principles. 1–3 years experience/familiarity with AI/ML monitoring or industrial IoT data. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills. Preferred AI certifications or practical AI project experience. Experience in pharmaceutical program management or regulated manufacturing.
