HR / Administration Manager (Sales Division)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: Design and oversee performance frameworks, ensuring KPIs are aligned with divisional sales targets and company strategy. Talent & Training: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives for the sales division. Track and evaluate training and coaching effectiveness. Employee Relations & Compliance: Implement fair and consistent disciplinary processes and ensure adherence to labour legislation. Resolve grievances promptly and effectively. HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, process payroll inputs (including commissions and bonuses), and ensure compliance across all employee documentation. Executive Administration: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Executive, including reporting, scheduling, and office coordination. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration , or a related field. Minimum 35 years HR or HR/Admin experience , preferably within a sales-focused or call centre environment Proven experience in performance management, recruitment, and disciplinary processes .
