Hollowcore Site Installer / Foreman

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate installation team activities Daily on-site problem solving Perform basic administrative tasks Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are consistently maintained Coach and guide team members in correct work procedures Manage time control and team productivity Plan and organise labour, equipment and machinery Read and interpret layout plans Maintain an organised and efficient site environment Requirements: Grade 12 High level of literacy and numeracy Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Knowledge of the building/construction industry Work references required RSA citizen with no criminal record Strong work ethic and sober habits What You Will Receive: Salary R 23000.00 pm Membership of a provident fund Annual shutdown during the December builders holiday Working hours: 07:0017:30 (Fridays until 15:00)
