Strategy Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? A Strategy Senior Consultant who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Strategy Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro, Mexico. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions: End-to-end project execution : lead and manage the complete lifecycle of multiple initiatives simultaneously, driving them from initial conception and planning through to successful completion and launch. Data analysis & insights : Demonstrate proficiency in analytics to perform in-depth analysis of large datasets, uncovering actionable insights into user behavior and business performance to inform data-driven strategy. Daily client engagement : Provide timely and expert responses to daily client inquiries and support requests, ensuring seamless communication and availability aligned with pacific time-zone working hours. Qualifications Required 6-10 years of consulting and/or industry experience Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions Advanced English level Experienced in Client Management, Analytics, and Project Management. Preferred Proficiency in analytics tools (SQL, Excel), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) MBA or an advanced degree, coupled with strong business acumen and experience in Finance / operations adjacent roles. Experience with SQL or other analytical tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for strategic reporting and recommendations. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, and Engineering teams without direct authority Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to tailor messages for clarity across all levels of the organization. Proven program management skills, including the ability to define project scopes, set clear milestones, and ensure adherence to tight timelines for organizational initiatives. Experience documenting and implementing new processes and governance frameworks for a large organization. A strong, proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving operational improvements and efficiency. Understanding marketing principles, the marketing funnel, event marketing, and audience acquisition preferred.
