Recruiter - Swoon Grupo - Guadalajara Please note: Must be fluent in English (writing, reading, speaking) This is a hybrid role - onsite Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and remote Thursday/Friday. In this role you will: Collaborate with internal team members to understand our US clients’ job requirements. Approach each opportunity in a consultative manner- overcoming objections, obstacles and guiding candidates and clients through the recruitment/hiring lifecycle. Actively source and identify candidates through our recruitment roadmap, selling opportunities, and assessing candidate’s backgrounds. Screen candidates on skills, culture, motivators, and interests. Coordinate interviews, updates, debriefs and job offers. Guide candidates on offer calls, negotiation tactics and counter offers. Build your professional brand and develop relationships. What we look for: 2-5 years of recruiting experience for US companies, preferably in staffing or fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish). Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams). Experience with VMS tools preferred (i.e. Beeline, Fieldglass) Cultural Traits Self-motivated and curious Thrives in changing priorities; upbeat, positive, and resilient.
