Innova - Senior Business Compliance Analyst

We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to ensure compliance requirements are understood and implemented to meet digital operational resilience standards. This hands-on role spans both business-facing and IT-facing activities, with a focus on vendor management, procurement, third-party risk, and outsourcing compliance. Mission & responsibilities You will be accountable for defining and implementing processes to ensure regulatory compliance, including: Deriving and executing activities to meet formalized outsourcing requirements. Designing a centralized vendor information register for IT suppliers. Assisting in the creation of an outsourcing policy aligned with oversight expectations. Helping define exit strategies for critical vendors. Assessing contractual impacts of new regulations and supporting legal updates to contract templates. Revising the Third-Party Risk Management Framework, including the assessment of concentration risks. Qualifications Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, and controls. Proven experience managing compliance projects involving third parties in IT environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership. Demonstrated expertise in risk management, ideally in mission-critical environments. Strong problem-solving and pragmatic approach to compliance challenges. Background in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
