Job Description Job Description Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager Location: San Antonio, TX (Covering all of Texas) Overview: Our client, a leading electrical contractor with a strong presence across Texas, is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial projects and provide leadership to a growing team of project managers. This position will be based in San Antonio and will support projects statewide. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple large commercial electrical projects from planning through completion Provide oversight, mentorship, and support to other project managers and field teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and client expectations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and internal teams Review and approve project budgets, schedules, change orders, and financial reports Ensure adherence to safety and quality control policies across all job sites Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and operations teams to support overall project success Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial electrical project management Proven experience managing and mentoring other project managers Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required) Strong background in large-scale commercial and industrial projects Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to travel as needed across Texas Compensation: Competitive base salary, company vehicle or allowance, benefits package, and long-term career growth opportunities.
