Interim Inclusion Lead

Interim Inclusion Lead 3 Month Contract £380 / Day On-site 2 days per week | South-West Local Authority We are looking for an experienced Inclusion Lead to assist CLA learners in educational settings! In this role, you will monitor academic progress, QA of P.E.Ps, promote multi-agency collaboration for achievement, manage school transitions, key stages, and placements. What we're looking for: Qualified teacher or experience working with vulnerable children and young people in education settings. Strong understanding of the education system and the barriers faced by CLA. Support the development and quality assurance of PEPs, ensuring they are meaningful, SMART, and reflect the child’s voice. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and support schools to improve outcomes. Experience in multi-agency working and safeguarding.
