The Opportunity Our clients are global leaders in the commercialisation of gyms, leisure centres and health fitness clubs. Through multiple media platforms, they engage with over 50 million consumers around the world with music, content and advertising. Their media channels give brands the platform to engage with audiences using audio-visual, experiential, and digital ad solutions across the likes of The Gym Group, 1Rebel, Bannatyne and David Lloyd. They are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to join the team. The core of this diverse role is to understand and manage the roll out of their platform and infrastructure across new and existing partners. Advising and delivering on technical best practices and systems to ensure the best and most efficient solutions are executed seamlessly. Key to this role is to work alongside the Account Manager, who will be responsible for day-to-day management of the marketing and commercial venue partners. Together you will be a cohesive force, that will deliver knowledge and best practice to all existing partners as well as striving to grow the network: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Technical Proficiency: Manage the installation and maintenance of hardware (screens and media players) in gyms with strong operational and technical expertise. Problem solving alongside other team members to ensure best in class solutions. Projects: Assist in all operational facets of managing the requirements of projects, installations, refurbishments, new platforms, etc. Venue Growth: Work with the team to provide technical expertise when they seek out opportunities to grow their estate across current and new verticals and geographies. Reporting: Regular updates and reporting to the management on all learnings and findings. Support: The wider teams on logistics for experiential campaigns, photography and research Technology Advancements: Understand the important industry advances within our and our partners sector, as well as within equipment, screens/TVs, and scheduling. Technical Partners: Maintain, grow relationships and support technical partners, whilst identifying emerging providers in the media sector. Channel Management: Help support and grow our various digital channels and platforms. This is a hybrid role with an office in the West End of London and site visits as well as working from home. Salary is circa £55k p.a.doe plus excellent benefits and company bonus scheme Your skills and experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of operations experience Experience and knowledge of audio visual systems Previous experience working in the fitness or media industry advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter, highly motivated, and a good team player Excellent problem-solving skills Capable of decision-making and maintaining high performance while working under pressure Exceptional organisation skills with outstanding attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office packages The Organisation Our clients are global leaders in the commercialisation of gyms, leisure centres and health fitness clubs.
