Workshop Manager Salary - £65,000 Company Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Monday - Friday - Day Shift About the Company: Our client is a leading manufacturing company, are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee their fleet maintenance and support the engineering team. The Role: As a Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance of all HGVs and commercial vehicles. You will lead a skilled team of maintenance professionals, implement preventative maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Workshop Manager / Supervisor / Chargehand or Senior Technician Previous experience as a HGV / Commercial Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic In depth knowledge of all HGV and Plant legislation Experience leading and developing a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and compliance.
