Civil QC Inspector

Job Title: Civil QC Inspector Location: Talacre Industry: Oil and Gas Employment Type: Contract Client-Sided Role Key Responsibilities: Follow relevant specified procedures, issue the relevant Quality Records and write non-conformances reports for the Quality Control Supervisor Verify the correct preparation of foundations and reinforcements Monitor atmospheric conditions during pouring operations and correct curing operations Check the certifications regarding element mixes, chemical analysis, grain size analysis, sampling operations Review the laboratory examination results, sub-grade dry density, moisture content, compression strength test, execution of casting, concrete pouring, materials quality (wire, fitting, etc.) Collect and manage documents certifying test, controls and inspection documents Ensure that all civil works and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As- Built dossier In case of subcontractor activities, ensure the correct implementation of the approved QC/ Inspection Test Plans, witnessing inspection and collecting relevant Quality Control records Ensure the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation Required Expertise: Experience : 5 years as Civil QC Inspector or equivalent and 10 years in QC activities in the Oil&Gas industry or similar Education : Degree in civil engineering Technical skills: Quality Control inspection IT skills : MS365
