The Role: As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, youll be an integral part of our project delivery team, working on exciting and fast-paced interiors projects. Youll assist in managing the financial and contractual aspects from procurement through to final account, ensuring profitability and quality are maintained on every job. Key Responsibilities: Support the Senior QS and Commercial Manager across multiple drylining and fit-out projects Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations Take responsibility for procurement, subcontractor packages, and contract administration Measure and value works on-site, preparing interim applications and variations Produce detailed cost reports and forecasts Liaise closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure commercial control Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and contractual obligations About You: Minimum 35 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role (preferably within drylining or interior fit-out) HNC / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Sound understanding of JCT contracts Strong numerical and communication skills Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once Ambitious with a keen eye for detail and a passion for commercial success What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Clear career progression opportunities Supportive team culture and ongoing professional development The chance to work on high-profile projects with a respected contractor
