Job Title: AD Plant Supervisor £60,000 Overtime | Bonus | Company Van Monday - Friday - Day Shift This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge biogas and waste-to-energy technology, ensuring the efficient operation of a modern AD site. Key Responsibilities: Supervisor a team of operators and maintenance department Operate and monitor Anaerobic Digestion plant processes, ensuring optimal performance. Monitor and manage feedstock input to maximise biogas production. Maintain accurate records of plant performance, maintenance activities, and compliance checks. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Carry out routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including pumps, digesters, feedstock systems, motors, gear boxes, conveyor systems and gas engines. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, assisting in repairs to maintain plant efficiency. What Were Looking For: Experience working in an Anaerobic Digestion plant, wastewater treatment, or a similar process-driven environment. Mechanical or electrical maintenance skills (desirable but not essential).
