We’re seeking a Project Manager – Digital Assets Lead (DAL) to spearhead a groundbreaking multi-year digital health initiative that will redefine clinical care and patient experience across the province. Engagement Details Full-time , 2-year engagement Two optional 1-year extensions Start Date: December 8, 2025 (earlier start welcomed) Work Location: Remote Travel: Ability to travel to New Brunswick once a month What You’ll Lead As the Digital Assets Lead, you will be the driving force behind a province-wide digital health roadmap. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Visioning : Translate clinical and operational needs into actionable digital roadmaps. Shape solutions such as EHRs, provincial data repositories, patient portals, and mobile health tools. Project Leadership : Own the end-to-end delivery of digital health initiatives—timelines, budgets, resources, risk management, and performance outcomes. Stakeholder Partnership : Collaborate with clinicians, technical teams, executives, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless alignment and adoption. Continuous Improvement : Evaluate and optimize digital health tools using data-driven insights to enhance care delivery and patient experience. The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below. Relevant Experience Requirements: University Degree in Healthcare Sciences, Health Administration, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of applicable education and experience Digital health planning and implementation experience (including cross-functional collaboration connecting clinical, operational, and business administration), with proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams either directly or in matrix-environments. 8 years Business, program and project planning experience in a healthcare environment, managing diverse stakeholders of all levels 8 years Project management and delivery experience with a proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams, overseeing delivery of multiple projects in scope, on time, and within budget in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 8 years Experience working at a digital health organization/department/agency, management consulting firm and/or care delivery organization (e.g. acute care) leading and managing digital health projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals (i.e. business, clinical and/or operational goals). 8 Years Experience developing digital health strategies and roadmaps at provincial and/or regional scale that drive better care delivery, patient outcomes, health system efficiency, and/or operational improvements. 5 years Strong stakeholder management experience, engaging with public and private sectors, facilitating discussions and developing consensus amongst diverse stakeholders and teams (i.e. clinical, business, technical and operational). 8 Years Experience translating business and clinical needs into business requirements and project scope that aims to deliver a specific outcome/result. 5 years Experience working with a high-level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels 8 Years Excellent verbal and written communication, ability to generate executive and program-level reports and materials, facilitation, and presentation skills.
