Job Description Title: Dealer Relations Representative Department: Remarketing Type of position: Full Time, Permanent (1) Location: Montreal, Quebec Reporting to: Head of Remarketing Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 annually About Canadian Dealer Lease Services Inc. We focus on driving successful relationships for our clients, lessees and our team! Responsibilities: Increase Dealer satisfaction by meeting with them to discuss their needs and CDLSI’s service. Provide feedback internally and recommend any changes required – tactical and strategic. Communicate back to dealers; Develop Training material for RPM; Provide RPM and EOL training to internal CDLSI staff; Provide scheduled training (in person or via webinar) to Dealership management and staff on RPM training including the Grounding tool. Additionally, EOL, excess wear and tear programs and OEM customer loyalty programs; Review RPM reports with key Dealer personal on a scheduled basis; Develop and deliver training programs for Scotiabank and OEM field staff to impact on the dealer and client satisfaction; Prepare weekly reports on Dealer and OEM visits with pertinent information; Other tasks as required. Qualifications: · Fully bilingual (French and English); · Required to travel up to 75% of the time; · A valid driver’s license is required; a company car will be provided. · Strong communication skills (verbal and written); · Judgement required to distinguish between real problems and noise; · Strong problem-solving skills; · Able to work independently within a cooperative model; · Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Excel; · Industry experience is a definite asset (not a requirement).
