Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Barrie, ON. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations, coordinate with different departments, and ensure the efficient execution of business processes. The role includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, optimizing work processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for budget management, resource allocation, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in budget management and resource allocation Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and implement operational strategies Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using operations management software Experience in compliance and policy adherence Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
