Proficient in warehouse management software and systems Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities including logistics, stock control, order picking, and shipments. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock movements. Order Fulfilment: Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Process Improvement: Implement efficient warehouse processes and identify areas for improvement. Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance. Required Matric Minimum of 3 years supervising warehouse staff and activities.
