Overview For our Sales Department, we’re looking for an Account Specialist belonging to the Protected Categories Law 68/99, who will manage and develop a portfolio of international customers, increase turnover, prevent customer churn, and contribute to identifying new business opportunities and services to offer. Responsibilities Main activities: Monitor the progress and performance of assigned customers. Contact customers by phone or email to maintain strong relationships. Offer clients new services or products aligned with their business needs. Convince customers to transfer printing volumes from other suppliers to our company. Find flexible solutions for complex issues; in certain cases, extraordinary management may be justified by revenue potential. Help the company identify weak points and areas for improvement.
