Global Talent Acquisition Leader – Based in Barcelona LHH is partnering with a leading international organization to identify a strategic and execution-driven Head of Talent Acquisition . This role will lead the transformation of the Talent Acquisition function across multiple European markets, with full ownership of recruitment strategy, operations, technology, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Design and implement a pan-European TA strategy aligned with business goals. Lead workforce planning with HR and business leaders. Oversee ~2,000 hires annually across diverse geographies and functions. Manage and develop a high-performing team of ~40 TA professionals. Drive innovation through TA technologies and onboarding platforms. Elevate candidate experience and employer branding. Manage external recruitment partners and ensure delivery against KPIs. Monitor and report on key metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and diversity. Qualifications Proven experience leading TA at scale across multiple countries. Strong track record in both executive search and high-volume hiring. Expertise in TA technologies and onboarding platforms. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach.
