Responsibilities Provide a reliable, courteous, efficient, and effective service. Maintain a positive image of the company to the customer through high standards of dress and customer communications. Close or update the helpdesk with the call status at the completion of each service visit. Ensure company vehicle is maintained in good working order. Demonstrate a high level of personal performance and willingness to help colleagues. Flexible approach to working hours and to undertake duties as required by the Service Manager. Assist with the call-out rota. Field Based Provide day-to-day care, maintenance, and repair of complex Analogue and Digital CCTV Systems on public highways, shopping malls, custodial and general areas. Maintain functional and managed control rooms. Maintain multi-site Access Control Systems. Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems. Complete a planned preventative maintenance regime. Occasional nights away. Skills & Personal Qualities Analytical thinker with a methodical approach to problem solving. Confident and able to complete documentation. Able to multitask and work to tight schedules. Good at knowledge sharing and developing new skills. Self-disciplined, organized, reliable, and a self-starter. Flexible, with a team-oriented approach and strong customer communication skills. Strong customer-focused communication and telephone manner. Qualifications Sound knowledge of CCTV, IT and PID systems on varying scales. Sound knowledge of Access Control systems with Site Mustering. Sound knowledge of DVR & NVR systems. On-site repair capability. Desirable knowledge in areas such as PID’s, Galaxy Alarms, Cortech GUI, CEM Access Control, Synergy, Video Matrix Systems, IP systems, Networks, RAID Recording, and first-line repairs on gates and barriers.
