Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Working at the intersection of engineering, safety, and compliance, you'll drive certification strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure our products meet the highest global standards. * Drive and oversee the end-to-end Security Certification process for Industrial Microcontroller products * Manage and align all required activities to meet relevant standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PSA Level 3) * Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate security requirement definition, robust design implementation, comprehensive testing, complete documentation, and successful certification outcomes * Lead and steer Functional Safety (FuSa) activities for Industrial Microcontroller products * Guide and review Safety Analyses and Assessments, oversee the development of Safety Concepts, and ensure effective execution and monitoring of all Safety Processes * Collaborate with stakeholders to secure full compliance with applicable Functional Safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508) and support certification readiness Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed As an experienced engineer in the semiconductor field, you thrive on staying updated with the latest technologies. With a positive, collaborative mindset, you inspire and motivate others around you. Your outstanding skills in negotiation and communication empower you to drive projects successfully and make prompt decisions. * A Master's degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a similar field of studies * 5 years of experience in the product development in the Semiconductor or similar industry * Hands on experience in the field of Functional Safety or Security Certification. * Advanced knowledge of functional safety methodology and standards (ISO26262 or IEC 61508) or Security Certification (PSA level 3) * Proficiency in audits, certifications, standards, and process management * A solid understanding of hardware electronic modules and / or analog / digital blocks * Strong communication and moderation skills. Solid project management skills are a plus. * Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group I (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
