Key Job Details – ER RN Travel Assignment Location: Medford, Oregon 97504 Assignment Type: Travel nursing job Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (ED) Start Date: December 22, 2025 End Date: March 23, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shifts: 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) per week Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2010 - $2160 Patient Ratios: 1:4 Charting System: Epic (Epic experience preferred) Scrub Color: Any color (ED scrubs provided) Parking: Free on-site parking Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Oregon RN license (pending license accepted) Minimum 1.5 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Epic charting system experience preferred Proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation, multisystem organ dysfunction, central line care, IV sedation, vasopressors, CPAP/BiPAP, ABG interpretation, ventilator management, isolation precautions, and triage Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Reliable vehicle required for assignment Ability to float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals Two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years required ER RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department Perform triage, assessment, and stabilization for trauma, stroke, cardiac, pediatric, behavioral health, and infectious disease patients Administer medications, manage IV drips, and provide advanced airway and ventilator support Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and social services Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic Comply with hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols Participate in orientation and required training modules Float to other units or sister facilities as needed to support patient care Discover the benefits of travel nursing jobs in Southern Oregon while making a difference in a supportive healthcare environment.
