Title: Internal Recruiter Location: Tampa, FL (On-Site) Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Opportunity to work for a rapidly growing company in the energy and infrastructure sector Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your work has a direct impact Hands-on exposure to both corporate and skilled trades recruiting Be part of a collaborative, tight-knit team with a strong focus on growth and culture Direct access to leadership and opportunity for career advancement Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trade positions Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective and timely recruitment strategies Post, source, and screen candidates through various job boards, social platforms, and ATS Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in the offer negotiation process Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting , preferably in skilled trades industries Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse candidate pools Experience using an ATS or CRM system Highly organized with a sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple open requisitions Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and team-first attitude
