ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job in Cincinnati, Ohio. Night shift, 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering quality patient care by adhering to the nursing care plan. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Conduct nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission. Develop individualized care plans based on admission assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration. Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission. Communicate significant changes in patient status to the healthcare team to support continuity of care. Provide direction and supervision to ancillary nursing staff. Maintain environmental and personal safety in alignment with hospital policies. BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
