Children's Residential Support Worker

Support Worker – Children’s Residential Homes (Learning Disabilities & EBD) We’re looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in a 3 bedded residential home. You’ll help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities – creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes. What we’re looking for: * Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure. * Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children. * Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends. * Experience with children or learning disabilities is essential * Driving licence essential * Residential childcare qualification is preffered We offer: * Excellent pay rates plus supplements for sleep-ins/overtime. * Flexible hours and supportive team environment. * Ongoing training and clear career progression.
