Sen Teaching Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with Special Educational Needs in a variety of school settings. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting individual students or small groups with their learning and personal development. * Assisting with classroom management and implementing tailored learning plans. * Helping students develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills. * Monitoring and recording student progress and reporting to teachers. * Encouraging independence and confidence in all aspects of school life. Skills & Qualities Required: * Experience working with children, preferably in a SEN or educational setting. * Knowledge of SEN strategies and the ability to implement them effectively. * Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. * Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different school environments. * Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting children’s development. Qualifications: * Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
