Job Description

We’re recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to cover a period of maternity leave within a CQC-regulated service based in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and confident leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting a dedicated staff team. The role will be office-based in Andover, with some travel required between nearby sites. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support the team to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with CQC standards * Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements * Promote a positive, person-centred culture across the service * Manage day-to-day service operations, staffing, and performance * Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external professionals Requirements * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) – essential * Proven experience in service management within a CQC-regulated care setting * Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance expectations * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Please note: there is no requirement for this role to be registered with CQC; however, a comprehensive understanding of CQC regulations is essential. Additional Information * Full-time, Monday to Friday * Initial 12-month contract, with potential to extend up to 18 months (depending on start date) * Competitive salary of £32,000 – £35,000 per annum, depending on experience * Opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established, supportive organisation If you’re an experienced Service Manager looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you
