Proven ability to manage and coordinate global technical teams and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Strong expertise in project governance, control processes, and reporting. Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, anticipating and resolving issues proactively. Familiarity with project management tools (preferably ServiceNow, SPM, or PPM). Desirable technical knowledge in infrastructure, networks, cloud, and digital services. High proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Personal and Professional Competencies Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret information and metrics accurately. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
