Senior manager manufacturing processes Your tasks * defining corporate standards and best practices for manufacturing processes & guaranteeing knowledge sharing * optimizing operational performance of delfort's production lines in cooperation with OPCO (operating company) management related to production efficiencies, production costs and quality * defining and securing the implementation of corporate reporting standards in operations * building a bridge between production and maintenance on headquarter and OPCO level * M&A projects: evaluation of operational performance and operations organization of acquisition target; support integration of acquired companies * special projects in the area of innovation, investments, reporting and work safety. Your experience * 10 years experience in production in paper industry * 10 years experience in project management * university degree (preferably technical) or equivalent * high proficiency in English, German is an advantage * comfortable in matrix organizations, able to navigate the dynamics between headquarter and operating companies * networker with a communicative personality combined with strong cooperation and coordination skills * proactive and result driven mindset, hands-on mentality * willingness to travel up to 50 %.
