This pivotal role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, advancing employee relations initiatives, ensuring organizational compliance with all labor standards, and delivering innovative training and development programs that align with business objectives. Description - Provides daily guidance and support to supervisors and administrative staff in areas including performance management, corrective action, coaching and feedback discussions, terminations, and conflict resolution.” -Leads comprehensive and well-documented investigations into employee complaints, workplace issues, and policy violations. -Develops and executes the training strategy encompassing compliance, onboarding, and capability-building programs. -Partners with HRIS and HR Operations to design and deliver learning experiences, and measures program effectiveness using participation, completion, and performance impact data. Requirements -Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. -SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP certification preferred. -Experience with developing training programs , proficient with MS Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. -5 years of progressive HR experience, specializing in Labor and Employee Relations. -Knowledge in employment laws and grievances.
